To install the Machine Kit, you need to clip the 3 clamps on the electric supply of your machine, and then to wire the digital input to a 24V signal indicating the start of a production cycle.

This signal can be an impulse or a signal that would be maintained during the whole cycle duration.

Installation of the Kit :

1. Fix the Tyness, its power supply and its antenna. The antenna must be placed vertically outside the metal box of the machine.

2. Wire the power supply tool on a circuit breaker delivering 230VAC.

3. Clip the amperometric clamps on the 3 phases of the general power supply of the equipment or of the most consuming tool.

4. Wire the production cable of the kit on the output 0 – 12/24V AC or DC of the equipment or of an external sensor.
