This software enables both configuration and firmware updates of the product. The procedure below describes how to connect to the product.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #2aba56;\"><strong>Implementation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Power up the TyNess.<\/li>\n<li>Download the Configurator software. This software is available at the following link: <a href=\"\/?page_id=10001\">https:\/\/www.ewattch.com\/documentations-techniques\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Run the program (no installation is required; available on Windows PC 8 or later, Apple, and Linux).<\/li>\n<li>Connect the TyNess to your computer using a MicroUSB cable with a 12mm extended connector. A new communication port will appear in the \u201cSerial Port\u201d drop-down menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click the \u201cConnect\u201d button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Warning<\/strong><\/span>: You have a 30-second window to connect the software.
