If necessary, make an update. To do so:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Download first the latest version of the firmware via\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"\/?page_id=10001#27-11-mise-a-jour-produits\">this link<\/a><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>Power up your Tyness<\/li>\n<li>Open the Tyness Configurator, then connect your Tyness sensor to your computer via a USB wire. You will have the view hereunder and will be able to click on &#8220;Connect&#8221; :<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-10703 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ewattch-documentation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Capture-d\u2019\u00e9cran-2022-01-20-\u00e0-11.18.14-300x232.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"725\" height=\"560\" \/><\/li>\n<li>From the home dashboard, once you have connected your Tyness, click on &#8220;Load&#8221; in the section &#8220;Update&#8221; and select the downloaded version as in point 1.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-10705 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ewattch-documentation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Capture-d\u2019\u00e9cran-2022-01-20-\u00e0-11.21.11-300x232.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"730\" height=\"565\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8220;Update&#8221; and let the software proceed to the update.
