To install the Machine Kit, you need to clip the 3 clamps on the electric supply of your machine, and then to wire the digital input to a 24V signal indicating the start of a production cycle.<\/p>\n

This signal can be an impulse or a signal that would be maintained during the whole cycle duration.<\/p>\n

Installation of the Kit\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Fix the Tyness<\/strong>, its power supply and its antenna. The antenna must be placed vertically outside the metal box of the machine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Wire the power supply<\/strong> tool on a circuit breaker delivering 230VAC.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Clip the amperometric clamps<\/strong>\u00a0on the 3 phases of the general power supply of the equipment\u00a0or of the most consuming tool.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Wire the production cable of the kit<\/strong> on the output 0 \u2013 12\/24V AC or DC of the equipment or of an external sensor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
