Board setup :<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

The Tyness and the board must be disconnected.<\/span>
\nThe board must be inserted carefully and with precision of connectors on the\u00a0locations EXT.1 and\/or EXT.2 of the Tyness.<\/span>
\nThe wires of the OPTIC-SENSOR must be inserted carefully into the terminal\u00a0blocks.<\/span><\/p>\n

Setup of the optical sensor :<\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

The light pulse sensor is supplied with a cable of around 80 cm.
\nThe sensor must be centered carefully in fron<\/span>t of the light source to be read\u00a0and attached with the original double-sided sticker. The filter positioned in\u00a0front of the sensor enables it to limit the influences of the external light\u00a0intakes.<\/p>\n

Special precautions:<\/strong><\/span>
\nIf the light source is covered with a transparent plate of the type \u201cPlexiglas\u201d, it\u00a0is necessary to perform a preliminary test to validate that the light pulses are
\neffectively counted (use of the push-button on the back of the sensor).
\nIn certain conditions, the sensors may be disrupted by external light sources.
\nWe recommend that you be particularly vigilant with the
\nactivations\/deactivations of the light of the premises, the intakes of external\u00a0light and artificial lights \u201cscintillating\u201d like neon tubes.
\nIn case of disruptions from external sources, it is necessary to try to\u00a0camouflage the zones of entry of light (in the window in \u201cPlexiglas\u201d, for\u00a0example) with an opaque adhesive.<\/p>\n

LED of electricity meters are associated with a weight written on the meters.
\nWarning:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 current transformation ratio (TC) and more rarely the voltage transformation ratio (VT) of a meter may have to be added to the weight.<\/p>\n

The formula for computing the weight then becomes:<\/p>\n
