[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Prerequisites<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Requirements for extending a LoRaWAN network<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Ewattch gateway: <strong>static IP<\/strong> or <strong>DHCP with reserved IP<\/strong> and known address. <strong>Ethernet network<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>RAK Edge Lite 2 connected to the same Ethernet network as the Ewattch gateway<\/li>\n<li>Open ports <strong>80, 123<\/strong>, <strong>443<\/strong>, <strong>1780<\/strong> and <strong>1782<\/strong> on the network for the RAK<\/li>\n<li>NTP server available on the local network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Communication Diagram<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;5233&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Configuration Procedure<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Network Identification<\/h3>\n<p>After powering on the RAK Edge Lite 2, a Wi-Fi hotspot network is automatically created. The network name follows this format:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Name format:<\/strong> <code>EWATTCH_RAK_ABAB<\/code><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ABAB<\/strong> represents the last four characters of the device MAC address<\/li>\n<li><strong>Example:<\/strong> <code>EWATTCH_RAK_1A2B<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Connecting to the Hotspot<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Search for the corresponding Wi-Fi network in the list of available networks<\/li>\n<li>Connect to the network (no password required by default)<\/li>\n<li>Wait until the connection is established<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>2.
